Long Scarf Bank Indonesia Motif

Inspired by the Museum Bank Indonesia Surabaya branch, previously also known as De Javasche Bank, I created this artwork inspired by its beautiful main hall located on the building’s second floor. If you look closely what seemed to be brown tiles in the background, it is actually a repeat of the vault door that was opened when tellers located in the room of gold bars are conducting transactions.
